About the Chapter

The Numaga Chapter meets the first Monday of the month at St. Robert Bellarmine in Fernley. If you would like to come, we meet at 6:00 and would be glad to see you. Out of Chapter visitors are encouraged to call ahead to receive more info. The primary towns in the Numaga Chapter are: Fernley, Fallon, Tonopah, Yerington, and Hawthorne.

The Numaga Chapter is named after the Paiute Chief, Numaga. He was the leader of the Paiute forces during the Battles of Pyramid Lake in 1860. Historians also believe he is related to Chief Winnemucca. If you have any questions about O.A or the Numaga Chapter please feel free to contact any one of us.
